How we use this information
We collect this information as a means of personalization and contact if required i.e. we can send you an email with a new password if you have forgotten your password.

Instructors will have access to, and only to, their own information and some information on the users they have registered under them. Information Instructors have from their students is full name, email address, company name and test results.
Students (Users) will have access only to their own information.
Results from online testing will only be available for students and their instructors. Users cannot see each others online test results.
Passwords can be reset via the forgot password page linked to from the home page or via the 'Edit my details' page.
Instructors can edit their own and student information at any time after they have logged in.
External tests saved information
Users taking external tests may be asked to submit personal information like Name, Email address. BrainCog will not supply this information to any other third party, as stated above, although, this information is available to the account administrator, and therefore BrainCog is not responsible for this information you provide. Contact the account administrator who gave you access to the test to find out what they will use this information for before giving any information.
Protection
BrainCog is hosted in a high security data center which is staffed 24/7.
Login and registration is communicated via HTTPS.
Your data is completely private to you the account administrator and is protected by secure servers.
Tests are only available to those who the account administrator gives access to.
Payments using Credit cards are processed by pin.net.au. Your credit card information never passes through BrainCog's server or data centre. BrainCog does not store or process credit card numbers.
Cookies
We retain cookies purely for authentication and usage activity purposes only. We don't serve advertising on BrainCog
